As your property manager, we want to do everything in our capability to assist you in taking care of the home you are renting or own. We provide 24/7 maintenance services, with a full-time repairs and maintenance technician on staff. Any damage to the house should be reported to us immediately.
If an issue arises that requires a specialist, we will coordinate with that specialist for you.
Please submit all maintenance requests through the online portal. Log in and click the Service Issues tab to start your request.
Once the request has been submitted, you can expect our maintenance technician within the week. The requests we receive are organized based on priority or severity of the issue. Your patience is appreciated until our technician can get there.
Please note: While our maintenance technician’s labor is no charge, the necessary supplies will be billed to the responsible party.
